Orders of herb refill envelopes $2 flat rate per unit.
We use wood excelsior to protect glass from breakage during shipping. You can compost this all-natural wood fibre packing material!
We're committed to reducing the use of plastics. Please remove packing tape from box, discard and recycle the craft fibre cardboard box. When you're bottles/tins/bags are empty, please rinse and place in your recycling box!
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
